1. The controller of personal data processed as part of PMI SCE Event is PMI SERVICE CENTER EUROPE Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow, Al. Jana Pawła II No. 196, 31 – 982 Kraków, hereinafter: „PMI SCE”.

2. The processing of personal data will take place on the principles provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as „GDPR”).

3. Personal data are processed for the following purposes, on the basis of the following conditions for the admissibility of processing and for the period specified below:

3.1 in order to participate in PMI SCE New Year’s Party - data processing is based on pmi SCE’s legitimate interest, whereby legitimate interest should be understood as enabling PMI SCE employees to participate in PMI SCE New Year’s Party; time of processing your data - data will be automatically deleted on 15th January 2024

3.3 in order to consider possible complaints - data processing is based on the legitimate interest of PMI SCE, whereby the legitimate interest should be understood as the possibility of considering the complaint, the processing time is equal to the time provided for submitting and considering the complaint;

4. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 3 above.

5. You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer data, in accordance with Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, and the right to object to the processing of personal data.

7.PMI SCE declares that your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.

8.Your data may be transferred to PMI SCE’s subcontractors and entities authorized by law, i.e. entities providing maintenance and technical support services for applications, IT systems and/or websites in which personal data are collected, as well as entities servicing PMI SCE legally and accounting and entities authorized by law.

9.We do not transfer your data to third countries (i.e. outside the European Economic Area including the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland).

10.PMI SCE will collect the following data: name, name, e-mail address, telephone number.

12. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw; www.uodo.gov.pl).

I GENERAL RULES

1. PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z o. o. 2023 UPADATE MEETING (hereinafter as “UM”) is organized for employees and services providers to PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z o. o. with offices in Krakow at al. Jana Pawła II 196, 31-982 Krakow, entered under no KRS 242947 to the commercial register maintained by the Regional Court for Krakow (hereinafter as “PMI SCE ), including temporary employees providing temporary work for PMI SCE.

2. This regulation defines the terms of participation and rules of behavior of the people present at the Meeting and is directed to all people who will be stay in the area where the meeting is conducted.

3. UM will take place on 12/01/2024 (Friday), from 8:00 PM till 3:00 AM on 13/01/2024 in EXPO Kraków, 9 Galicyjska Street.

4. The basis for participation in the UM is the registration by December 29th, 2023 on the registration platform and presentation of the QR code generated during registration at the entrance to the meeting. 5. The organizer of the UM for PMI SCE is Concept Music Art Sp. z o.o. with offices in Krakow (hereinafter as “Organizer”).

II ORGANISATIONAL AND SAFETY RULES

1. The basis for the stay in the area of the Meeting is an admission band issued to people who have shown a QR code. People without entry bands will not be allowed to enter the Meeting area.

2. Each person who wishes to enter into the UM area shall show the wristband mentioned in point 1. above, to the protection personnel.

3. 3. QR codes and bands cannot be made available to third parties. If they are made available to any third parties, they lose their validity and do not entitle you to participate in the Meeting. Wristbands removed or damaged during the Meeting shall lose their validity.

4. UM participants may park their cars only on Parking appointed by the Organizer, but the Organizer does not take responsibility for the parked cars.

III RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

1. Each UM participant is in particular required to:
a) observe the Regulations and any instructions given by the police, fire brigade, protection personnel, information personnel as well as recommendations of the Organizer’s or PMI SCE’s staff,
b) use only designated entrances into and exits out of the UM area,
c) use only designated passages unless otherwise informed by the protection personnel,
d) at the request of the protection personnel or information personnel show the content of their luggage or clothing in the case of any suspicion by the protection personnel of bringing or having any objects which bringing or having on the venue of the Meeting is forbidden,
e) behave in a polite manner during the Meeting and at the place where it will be organized.,
f) inform the protection personnel, information personnel or Organiser of the Meeting of any situations which might require an intervention of authorised personnel, Organizer or PMI SCE, in particular of any fire or any other hazards,
g) in case of an alarm (pulsating sound) or rescue action, adhere to the instructions given by persons supervising the action, the protection personnel or information personnel head towards emergency exits and not impede rescue operations.

2. UM Participants must not bring alcohol, narcotics, intoxicants or psychotropic drugs, inflammable liquids, beverages, firecrackers, light balls, pyrotechnic items, weapon, explosive objects, fire hazardous items or any dangerous objects which could be used to commit acts of violence.

3. The entrance to the meeting is prohibited for people who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs and people behaving aggressively, although they have wristbands, mentioned in point 1 above, chapter II.

4. It is also prohibited to:

a) smoke outside designated zones,
b) bring any weapons,
c) bring and use inflammable, corrosive, malodorous, staining materials,
d) enter rooms authorised only for contractors, organisers and personnel,
e) use coarse language and expressions,
f) provoke acts of violence,
g) bring any animals,
h) throw any objects onto the stage,
i) throw litter about the UM area,
j) to conduct any commercial and catering operations without the consent of the Organizer of the event or PMI SCE,
k) sell, promote, sell on a door-to-door basis and collect funds without the consent of the Organiser or PMI SCE.

IV PROTECTION PERSONNEL

1. The tasks of the protection personnel or information personnel shall be carried out by persons designated by the Organizer, provided with visible ID badges and wireless communication devices.

2. The protection personnel or information personnel shall be entitled, if necessary, to take the steps necessary to identify participants of the Meeting and to control luggage and clothes of the UM participants. The requested UM participants should observe their instructions and whenever requested show their wristband as well as follow the search procedures.

3. Any UM participants, who cause public disorder, disrupt the UM or fail to observe these regulations may be removed by the protection personnel, information personnel or detained and handed over to the Police or Municipal Guards.

V FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Each UM participant who caused during the UM any damage to person or property shall be liable up to the total cost thereof.

2. Neither Organizer nor PMI SCE shall be responsible for any property, money or equipment lost or left in the UM area, except for the property, money or equipment left in the cloakroom designated by the Organizer, providing that notification this fact to cloakroom service.

3. The provisions of the Safety of Mass Events Act).

4. These Regulations shall be binding for all UM participants during the UM until leaving a venue of UM. Participation in the UM means familiarity with the Regulations, its unconditional acceptance and observance of its rules.

5. This Regulations will be available on One Place platform and will be available in the reception during the UM.

6. Any change of this Regulations may be introduced in written or electronic form. Participants of the UM will be informed about any changes of this Regulations in the way specified in point 5 above.

7. The Regulations enter into force on 01/01/2024.
